Dr Mandy Forbes - Consultant Clinical Psychologist
Mandy is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
She undertook her Clinical Psychology training at the University of Edinburgh. She has a number of years’ experience working in Adult Mental Health and with adults experiencing psychological difficulties related to their physical health. Mandy has worked in both the NHS and Private sector for a number of years and is a former Clinical Lead of Clinical Health Psychology, NHS Tayside.
Mandy is trained in a number of Psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based CBT and EMDR.
In addition to offering General Clinical Psychology Assessments and Treatment, Mandy has a special interest and experience in Mental Health and Psychological Problems related to Sports Performance. Mandy has worked with a number of Professional and elite athletes.

Mrs Penelope Fraser MA(Hons), MSc, DipClin Hyp, CHSM is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. Penelope is registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). She is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Penelope is trained in various psychological treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement and Desensitisation (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neurolinguistic Processing (NLP), Timeline Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
She has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and is a qualified teacher of Qi Gong.
She was the Clinical Lead in Clinical Health Psychology in NHS Tayside. She also taught on the Clinical Psychology Course at University of Edinburgh. She was an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Abertay. She lectured, as requested, to Doctors, Dentists, Clinical Psychologists, medical students and to patient self-help groups. She was one of the National Assessors for Clinical Psychology in the UK advising Heads of Departments and Health Boards as necessary. She was a member of working groups on the Scottish Intercollegiate Network (SIGN)which develop evidence-based guidelines to help health and social care professionals and patients make evidence-based decisions about healthcare.
She provides treatment for patients who had psychological reactions either to their physical injury/disease or to the medical treatment that is required or to the impact that such events or accidents have had on their lives. She also helps people who have various psychological problems in including

Penelope has worked in the private sector for over 30 years. She treats adults and teenagers (15+ years). She is an accredited therapist with many of the Private Insurance Companies.

Dr Linda Gibson
Dr Linda Gibson is an HCPC registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience.
She has worked both in the NHS and privately providing consultancy for multinational companies including Diageo, Shell, BP and for NATO personnel.
She provides psychological assessment and treatment in both General Adult Psychology and Occupational Health Psychology covering from the age of 16 years upwards.
She has a special interest in PTSD and OH Psychology.
She is trained in a variety of evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling.
Caroline Guthrie MA (Hons) M Phil Clinical Psychology is a Principal Clinical Psychologist. Caroline is registered with the Health And Care Professionals Council (HCPC). She is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow Of The British Psychological Society. Caroline has been a clinician working in the NHS for 25 years.
Caroline is trained in a number of psychological therapies based on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model. She has been trained in Mindfulness and in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is trained in Behaviour Family Therapy - an intervention to help families with a family member suffering from severe mental health problems. Her work has spanned a range of severity of psychological problems including working with clients with mild to very severe mental health difficulties.
