Cancellation Policy


We understand that on occasion you will be unable to attend for your clinic appointment with Tayside Complete Health however we operate a fair use cancellation policy.


At the time of your booking you will be asked for a deposit to secure your appointment. If you cancel your appointment or need to reschedule and let us know more than 24 hours before your appointment time then this charge will be refunded or used to secure your future appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice then you will lose your deposit with no option to refund or use against a future booking.


We ask for a deposit at the time of requesting a scan - this is non refundable if you cancel the scan at any point.

The full payment will be required prior to the scan taking place and once payment is made again the entire balance is non refundable.
